Now is the time to plant garlic here on the Wasatch Front. Check out this
post I wrote about garlic for information about growing garlic, where to get it and how to plant it. The good news is - garlic grows very well here and it is easy! Garlic will thrive with a 1" layer of manure over the top of the soil after planting.
